Grilled Nectarine-Watermelon Skewers

Dessert ready in 25 minutes! Drizzle jelly over Yoplait® frozen yogurt and grilled watermelon and nectarines skewers. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

(8-inch) metal or soaked bamboo skewers
4
cups cubed (1 1/2 inch) seedless watermelon
8
nectarines, cut into slices
1
pint (2 cups) Yoplait® Greek honey caramel frozen yogurt
1
cup guava or peach jelly, melted

    Spray grill rack with grilling spray. Heat gas or charcoal grill. On each skewer, alternately thread watermelon and nectarines. Brush fruit with melted jelly.

    Place skewers on grill over medium-high heat. Cook about 4 minutes, turning once, until fruit is warm and has grill marks.
  • 3
    Spoon 1/4 cup frozen yogurt into each of 8 small bowls; top each with fruit skewer. Drizzle melted jelly over yogurt and fruit.

Expert Tips

If using bamboo skewers, soak in water at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
