Grilled Supreme Burgers (lighter recipe)

  • Prep 10 min
  • Total 25 min

Sometimes extra-lean ground beef makes burgers that are dry tasting. There’s no such problem in this recipe because of the moistness from the sour cream and the flavor from the onion soup mix. MORE + LESS -

  • When you compare the calories and fat grams in our lighter recipes compared to the regular recipe, you’ll see how simple ingredient changes can reduce calories and fat in what you prepare.
  • Use a gentle touch when shaping burgers. You want them to hold together while they cook, but handling them too much makes them compact and tough.
