To Broil: Set oven control to broil. Place patties on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 10 to 15 minutes, turning once, until beef is no longer pink in center and juice is clear.
When making your shopping list, put ground beef with the other perishables you’ll buy. You’ll want to use it within 2 days after purchase.
