Steps

Hide Images
  • 1
Spread 1 tablespoon spreadable cheese on one side of each slice of ham. Roll up ham; cut each roll into quarters.
  • 2
Divide salad greens evenly onto individual serving plates. Top each with 8 ham rolls and 10 cherry tomato halves. Drizzle with salad dressing.

Expert Tips

  • Chive and onion cream cheese can be used in place of the garlic herb cheese spread. Any salad greens blend can be substituted for the Tuscany greens blend.
  • A glass of white wine and a crusty French roll with butter adds a touch of elegance to this salad.
