Healthful Pesto Pasta

Whip up fresh pesto in a flash. It’s quick and easy if you let your blender or food processor do all the work! MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

Uncooked spaghetti or fettuccine
Grated Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Chicken or vegetable broth, at room temperature
Garlic clove
Pine nuts
Fresh basil leaves

    Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Meanwhile, place all remaining ingredients (about 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 cup broth, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons pine nuts and 2 cups firmly packed basil leaves) in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on medium speed, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth. Toss with hot cooked spaghetti.
