Between pieces of waxed paper, roll half of the red dough into 12x6-inch rectangle. Repeat with half of the green dough. Remove top pieces of waxed paper from each. Turn one rectangle upside down on top of the other; press down gently to seal. Remove top piece of waxed paper. Roll up tightly, jelly-roll fashion, starting from a 12-inch side, using waxed paper to help lift. Wrap rolled dough in waxed paper; freeze 45 minutes or until firm enough to slice. Repeat with remaining dough portions.
