Honey Teriyaki Beef Skillet

Ingredients

lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

tablespoons all-purpose flour

cup teriyaki sauce
1/2
cup water

bag (11.8 oz) frozen honey roasted sweet corn

can (7.5 oz) Pillsbury™ Country Style™ refrigerated biscuits

tablespoons butter, melted

teaspoon black sesame seed

    Heat oven to 375°F.

    In 10-inch ovenproof skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain off excess drippings. Return skillet and beef to heat; stir in flour, teriyaki sauce and water, cooking until well combined and sauce begins to thicken. Add frozen corn; stir to combine.

    Meanwhile, separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each biscuit into quarters. Into resealable food-storage plastic bag, pour melted butter. Add biscuit pieces to bag; gently shake to coat.

    Arrange biscuit pieces in ring over beef mixture in skillet, leaving center open. Sprinkle with sesame seed.

    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and beef mixture is bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Expert Tips

  • Try switching up the vegetables with an Asian-inspired blend!
  • To give the biscuits even more flavor, try stirring 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder into the melted butter before tossing with the biscuit pieces.
