Layered Breakfast Smoothie Pops

Ingredients

Blue Layer

cup blueberries

tablespoons water
1/2
banana
1/4
cup Yoplait® Greek vanilla yogurt

Pink Layer

1 1/2
cups strawberries
1/4
cup raspberries

tablespoons water
1/2
banana
1/4
cup Yoplait® Greek vanilla yogurt

Green Layer

tablespoons water
1/4
cup Yoplait® Greek vanilla yogurt
1
pouch 100% spinach purée
1
cup cut-up pineapple
1
kiwifruit

    Puree the ingredients for each color layer separately in clean food processor until smooth; pour each into pitcher. You should have about 1 1/2 cups of each color. Using funnel, pour layers 1 at a time into ice pop molds. Insert sticks, and freeze 8 hours.

    Run mold under warm water. Loosen and remove pops. Wrap each in wax paper, and transfer to resealable freezer bag or container. Eat at your leisure.
