Ingredients

lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

cup chopped onion
1
clove garlic, finely chopped
2 1/2
cups hot water
1
cup milk
1
box Hamburger Helper™ crunchy taco
1
can (2.25 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
1
can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
2
cups broken tortilla chips
3
cups torn romaine or iceberg lettuce
1/2
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
Salsa, if desired

    In 12-inch skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain.

    Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix, topping mix and uncooked rice (from Hamburger Helper box), olives and corn. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

    Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender.

    Evenly sprinkle tortilla chips and corn chips (from Hamburger Helper box) in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Spoon hamburger mixture evenly over chips. Top with lettuce and cheese. Serve with salsa and additional tortilla chips.
