cup cheddar cheese

cup bacon crumbles

cup chives

This creamy yogurt, cheese, chives, and bacon dip is so good, you'll wanna dip everything in it. 

Raise your hand if you’re one of those people who are perfectly happy eating nothing but a hot and steamy perfectly baked potato for dinner. 

Yeah. Me too. 

They’re simple and perfect and when you load them up with butter, sour cream, bacon and cheddar it’s just like...whoa. Who needs anything else for dinner at all? I could eat potatoes all day, every day.

So, I went ahead and turned the loaded baked potato into a snack and made some loaded potato dip, because why not?

This recipe is so easy! You’ll just need some Yoplait™ Greek 100 Plain, cheddar, bacon and chives. And don’t forget the salt and pepper!

Mix in the bacon. Lots of bacon. Because bacon.

Add some chives.

Load it up with cheese. No, seriously. Load ‘er up.

I like to serve this with some baked waffle fries, but any kind of fries would be perfect. Potato chips, too. Orrrrr, go ahead and slather it on a baked potato.
