Ingredients

can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle refrigerated Buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)

cup crushed nacho-flavored tortilla chips

cup mild banana pepper rings (from 16-oz jar), drained
1
lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
3/4
cup nacho cheese sauce
1/4
teaspoon chili powder
1/4
teaspoon ground cumin

oz cream cheese, softened
1/4
cup chopped red onion
1/3
cup diced seeded tomato
1/4
cup crumbled cooked bacon
1
avocado, peeled, diced

    Heat oven to 350°F. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press biscuit sides into crushed chips. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until golden. Remove to cooling rack.

    Chop banana peppers to equal 1/4 cup. In large bowl, mix chopped peppers, beef, 1/4 cup of the cheese sauce, chili powder and cumin. Shape into 8 patties. In nonstick skillet, cook patties over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160°F.

    Microwave remaining 1/2 cup cheese sauce uncovered on High 30 to 45 seconds or until warm; stir. Split biscuits. Spread cream cheese on cut sides of biscuit halves. Top biscuit bottom with burger, cheese sauce, onion, tomato, bacon, avocado, and remaining banana pepper rings.
