Maple-Orange Canadian Bacon

Ingredients

Maple-flavored syrup
Orange juice
Butter or margarine
Fully cooked Canadian-style bacon, sliced 1/8 inch thick

    Heat syrup, orange juice and butter (1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice and 1 tablespoon margarine to 1/2 cup syrup) in skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Add bacon; cook, turning occasionally and spooning syrup over bacon, until heated through.
