Ingredients

cup Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)

teaspoons olive oil
1/4
teaspoon grated lemon peel

tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

package (1.9 oz) frozen mini fillo (phyllo) shells (15 shells)

tablespoons olive tapenade
4
grape tomatoes, cut into fourths
3
tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

    In small bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon peel and 1 tablespoon of the basil leaves; mix well. Divide mixture equally among shells.

    Top with olive tapenade, tomatoes, feta cheese and remaining basil. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Expert Tips

Olive tapenade can be found in the refrigerated spreads section or jarred in the condiments aisle.

Yogurt mixture can be made a few hours ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to assemble.
