In food processor, add chickpeas, 1 cup of the cilantro, the green onions and 1 tablespoon of the taco seasoning mix. Process mixture until almost smooth and begins to pull away from sides, 1 to 2 minutes, stopping to stir occasionally. Shape chickpea mixture into 24 (1-inch) balls. Place on cookie sheet. In small bowl, mix oil and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix. Brush on each ball. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set and bottoms are golden brown.
