Ranch Potatoes and Chicken Casserole

This tasty main dish combines the zesty flavor of ranch potatoes with broccoli and chicken. MORE + LESS -

package Betty Crocker™ ranch potatoes

slices process American cheese

cups cut-up cooked chicken

package (9 ounces) frozen cut broccoli, thawed and drained
2 1/4
cups boiling water

package (3 ounces) cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened

    Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 2-quart casserole.

    Layer uncooked Potatoes, American cheese, chicken and broccoli in casserole. Stir together Sauce Mix, boiling water and cream cheese in medium bowl; pour over broccoli.

    Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with Topping; bake about 3 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes.

Expert Tips

  • For convenience, you can use a 9-ounce package of frozen diced cooked chicken, thawed, instead of the 2 cups cut-up chicken.
  • Cut up some fresh fruit to serve with this ultra-easy casserole.
