cups broccoli-coleslaw blend (from 16-oz. pkg.)

Expert Tips

  • Broccoli-coleslaw blend contains shredded broccoli, red cabbage and carrots.
  • Make your own raspberry vinaigrette with equal parts of red wine vinegar, raspberry juice from thawed frozen raspberries, and olive oil. Shake in a small jar. Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper and a few raspberries; shake again.
