Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix gingerbread mix (dry), hot water, flour and butter in medium bowl with spoon until dough forms. Reserve one-fourth of the dough. Roll remaining three-fourths of the dough into 9 1/2-inch circle, 1/4 inch thick. Cut 4-inch circle out of center of 9 1/2-inch circle to form wreath shape. (Add 4-inch circle of dough to reserved one-fourth dough.)
