Fat-free sour cream
Fresh herb leaves (basil, chives, oregano, savory, tarragon or thyme), snipped

    Scrub potatoes but do not peel. Pierce potatoes to allow steam to escape. Cook potatoes as desired; top with sour cream and chives.

    <B>Potato Cooking Guide</B><BR><BR> <B>To Microwave:</B> Arrange about 1 inch apart in circle on paper towel in microwave. Microwave uncovered (12 to 14 minutes for 6 medium potatoes) or until tender.

    <B>To Bake:</B> Rub potatoes with shortening, if desired, for softer skins. Bake (45 minutes in 375°F oven, 1 hour in 350°F oven, or 1 1/4 hours in 325°F oven) or until tender.
