Steak and eggs for breakfast, bayyyybeee! With this suprisingly simple recipe, you'll have a quesadilla full of the good stuff in 10 minutes flat!

  • 2 medium flour tortillas
  • 2/3 cup Old El Paso™ Tortilla Stuffers™ carne asada steak
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, cubed
  • Nonstick olive oil cooking spray

    Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.

    Place one tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Top with Tortilla Stuffers™ mix, scrambled eggs, and cheddar. Place second tortilla on top. Spray with nonstick olive oil. Place olive-oil side down in hot skillet. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook on the second side.

    Serve topped with chopped tomatoes and avocado, if desired.
