Skinny Spinach Dip

Ingredients

cups chopped fresh spinach, loosely packed

ounces Yoplait® Greek 100 Yogurt Plain
1/4
cup chopped green onions

cloves garlic, minced
1
cup shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon black pepper
1/4
cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2
    Stir together first seven ingredients in a large bowl in a large bowl until evenly mixed. Transfer mixture to a small baking dish, and use a spoon to spread so that is is flat on top.

    Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are slightly golden. Remove and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with sweet potato chips.
