For contrast with these emerald colored meatballs, decorate a holiday serving tray with cherry or grape tomatoes.
*To quickly thaw spinach, cut small slit in center of pouch; microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until thawed. Remove spinach from pouch; squeeze dry with paper towels.
Prepare and cook spinach balls as directed above. Place in covered container; refrigerate up to 24 hours. To reheat, place spinach balls in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Heat at 400°F. for 8 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Heat sauce as directed in recipe.
