Spiral-shaped pasta holds flavor-packed bits of tomatoes, feta cheese, olives and basil in this elegant meatless entrée. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

Radiatore (nugget) pasta
Olive oil
Roma (plum) tomato, chopped
Crumbled feta cheese
Sliced ripe olives
Fresh basil leaves, chopped
Coarsely ground pepper

    Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Toss with a little olive oil. Toss with remaining ingredients except pepper (about 1 cup each tomatoes and cheese and 1/2 cup each olives and basil to 4 cups cooked pasta). Serve with pepper.
