Turkey Burgers with Chutney

Thanksgiving flavors on a bun! Ground turkey burgers topped with cranberry and peach chutney make an easy and delicious dinner - ready in 25 minutes. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

1/3
cup cranberry chutney
1/3
cup finely chopped peach
1
tablespoon finely chopped green onion
1
lb ground turkey breast
1
egg white
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon freshly ground pepper
4
whole wheat burger buns, split
4
leaves green leaf lettuce

    In small bowl, stir chutney, peach and onion until well blended; set aside.

    In medium bowl, mix turkey, egg white, salt and pepper just until blended. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

    Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add patties; cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, or until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165°F.

    On each bun bottom, place 1 lettuce leaf and 1 burger. Spread 2 tablespoons chutney mixture on each burger; cover with bun tops.
