Turkey Club Sandwiches

The classic triple-decker with turkey, tomatoes and, for this version, Bac~Os® for the bacon-flavored crunch. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

Reduced-calorie or fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing

slices bread, toasted, if desired

lettuce leaves

cup Betty Crocker™ Bac~Os® bacon flavor bits or chips

thin slices tomatoes (2 medium)

pound sliced cooked turkey

    Spread mayonnaise over toast. Sprinkle 1 heaping teaspoon bacon flavor bits on each slice toast.

    Place lettuce leaf and 3 slices tomato on each of 4 slices toast. Top with another slice toast, bacon flavor bits side up; arrange turkey on top. Top with lettuce leaves and with third slice toast, bacon flavor bits side down.

    Cut sandwiches diagonally into 4 triangles. Secure with 4 sandwich toothpicks.

Expert Tips

  • If you have some blue cheese in the fridge, you might like crumbling a little of it in the turkey layer of this sandwich.
  • A great use for your leftover holiday turkey! Cranberry sauce served alongside this sandwich is a must-have condiment for some folks!
