cup vanilla fat-free yogurt

tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing

French rolls (2 oz each), halved lengthwise

lb thinly sliced cooked lean turkey breast

leaves leaf lettuce

    In small bowl, mix carrots, raisins, yogurt and mayonnaise.

    Spread cut sides of both halves of each roll with carrot mixture. Fill each roll with turkey and lettuce leaf. Wrap each sandwich securely with foil or plastic wrap; take with you for an on-the-go dinner.
