    Ingredients

    • 1 large bunch kale, stems removed and chopped into chip-size pieces
    • 1/2 tsp sea salt
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp chipotle chili powder

    Directions

    1. 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. 2Toss kale in a large bowl with salt, olive oil and chipotle powder.
    3. 3Spread kale pieces on two lined baking sheets.
    4. 4Bake about 15-20 minutes or until kale is crispy and brown on the edges.
    5. 5Allow to cool completely before eating.
