Slow-Cooker BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chile flake
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sandwich buns
  • 1 package coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

    Mix the ingredients for the pulled chicken in the slow cooker and turn it on High for 6 hours.

    Mix the slaw ingredients and chill.

    Shred the chicken and serve on the buns. Top with some slaw.
