Bell Pepper Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped and pureed in a food processor or blender
  • 3/4 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup sweet and sour mix
  • Hot sauce, to taste
  • 3 oz silver tequila

    In a large bowl or glass, stir together 1/4 cup of the red bell pepper puree with the tomato juice, sweet and sour mix and hot sauce to taste. Pour the mixture into a cocktail shaker.

    Add tequila to the cocktail shaker and close. Carefully and slowly shake to combine ingredients.

    Pour mixture through a strainer into two margarita or martini glasses rimmed with crushed Bugles™, if desired. Chill glasses one hour before serving.
