Ingredients

  • 1 loaf pumpernickel bread
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 lb ground chorizo
  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • 4 oz manchego cheese
  • 4 oz cheddar

    Brown the ground chorizo in a frying pan.

    Slice your bread and cheese and chop up the artichokes.

    Assemble your sandwich. Cook in a pan on medium-high with butter, flipping once until browned on both sides.
