Bake the brownies in mini muffin tins that have been generously greased and floured according to package directions. Allow to cool completely before removing from the tin.

Spread a piece of parchment in your work area. Spray 8 of the marshmallows with the purple food spray. Spray 8 with green food spray. Leave 8 of them white.

Dip the top of the purple marshmallows in the melted chocolate. Dip the top of the green marshmallows into the chocolate, then into the chocolate sprinkles. Allow the chocolate to cool and harden.

Use the marker to draw faces on each of your marshmallows.

Place a dollop of frosting on top of each brownie. Press a marshmallow on top of the frosting. Serve and enjoy!
