Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Muir Glen™ organic pizza sauce, divided
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup ham, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion
  • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • 1 loaf French bread (for dipping)

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup pizza sauce, Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Spread into a 9” glass baking dish.

    Spread remaining marinara on top and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese, ham, pineapple, diced green pepper, and onion.

    Bake for 17-23 minutes, or until the cheese on top melts and begins to bubble at the edges. Garnish with basil and serve with French bread for dipping.
