These lemon martini's are super simple and can be made as strong as you'd like. Garnish your martini with a lemon wedge for a little extra presentation.

Ingredients

oz (2+ shots) vodka
1
oz (1 shot) tart lemonade (like simply lemonade)
1
oz (1 shot) cranberry juice (no sugar added)

Directions

  • 1 In a martini shaker, add 5-8 cubes of ice.
  • 2 Add in one ounce lemonade and one ounce cranberry juice. Be sure you use the non-sweetened cranberry juice. It's tartness will be a good balance to mask the heavy vodka taste.
  • 3 Add in 2+ ounces of vodka. Cover shaker and mix for 30 seconds.
  • 4 Take off martini shaker top and pour martini into glass (without the ice). Add a dash more juice if too strong.
  • 5 Optional - garnish with lemon wedge.
