The little plastic baby has got nothing on these cute cookies so let’s get the party started!.
Cute little kitty cookies, dipped in rich dark chocolate, completed with their own string of candy beads. They’re just screaming for a Mardi Gras celebration!
Here’s how you make ‘em.
Grab some Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix and follow the package directions to prep your dough.
Roll out the dough and cut into circle shapes using a cookie cutter. Bake and cool the cookies before decorating.
Melt the chocolate candy coating.
Dip your cookies and lift out with a fork. Tap the side of your container to get rid of the excess candy coating.
Now carefully slide your cookie off of the fork and onto parchment or wax paper.
Before they dry, add some purple and green candy pearls to the bottom of the cookies for the beaded necklace.
Next, add chocolate chips for the ears.
Color in the middle of the yellow candy-coated chocolate pieces for the eyes with an edible marker and put them on top of the cookie.
Put a purple confetti sprinkles in the middle of the cookie for the nose. Now let the cookies dry completely.
