The best thing to happen to Margherita pizza since… Margherita pizza! This easy pizza dip is fresh and delicious. Enjoy it with French bread for dipping.

Ingredients

oz cream cheese, softened
1
(14.5 oz) can Muir Glen™ diced tomatoes, drained

clove garlic, finely chopped
2
teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2
cup Parmesan cheese
6
ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
1
cup fresh cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2
cup fresh chopped basil
1
loaf French bread (for dipping)

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • 2 In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together cream cheese, diced tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Spread into a 9” glass baking dish.
  • 3 Place mozzarella slices on top. Sprinkle with fresh halved tomatoes.
  • 4 Bake for 17-23 minutes or until the cheese on top melts and begins to bubble at the edges. Garnish with fresh basil.
  • 5 Serve with French bread for dipping.
Tips  

Soften cream cheese by removing it from the fridge 30-60 minutes before making this recipe.
