    Ingredients

    • 2 cups Bisquick
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 2 whole eggs
    • 1 cup maple syrup
    • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    • (optional) chocolate chips

    Directions

    1. 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cupcake pan with 12 liners.
    2. 2In a medium bowl add the Bisquick, milk, eggs, syrup, and peanut butter and mix until combined.
    3. 3Pour into cupcake liners filling about 3/4 of the way.
    4. 4If desired sprinkle with chocolate chips.
    5. 5Bake for 14-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    6. 6Serve by itself or with additional maple syrup.
    7. 7NOTE: For mini pancake muffins spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and fill muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
