More About This Recipe

  • That’s a wrap, folks! Make that a rainbow wrap! I admit that I am a hopeless lover of color…color in my decorating, color in my art and of course, color in my food. I especially love going to the market in the summer and trying to bring home a little of every color in fruits and veggies. Beautiful and delicious. And in the case of these wraps…the color is also good for you! I ended up going with strawberries, oranges, pineapple, kiwi and blueberries to make my little rainbow for these wraps. But any other fruits in these colors would also work (such as raspberries, mangoes, bananas, blackberries, cherries, etc.). However you make them, I guarantee that these are total crowd-pleasers for kids and grown-ups alike. So read on for the simple recipe to “taste the rainbow”!!! So pretty you almost won’t want to roll it up! But you definitely should. The cream cheese will help keep it together, too, so that it doesn’t unroll all the time. Then take a bite and enjoy all of the sweet, colorful, fruity goodness!!! That’s a wrap, folks!
