    Ingredients

    • 1 pound (16 ounces) ground beef
    • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Muir Glen diced tomatoes
    • 5 cups Progresso beef broth
    • 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
    • 1/2 cup barley
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
    • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

    Directions

    1. 1Season beef with salt and pepper and brown the beef. Drain the fat.
    2. 2Place all of the ingredients (beef, tomatoes, broth, mushrooms, barley, garlic powder, Italian seasonings, and celery salt) in the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
