You won’t find a turkey seasoning this good inside of any packet! Our DIY Thanksgiving seasoning blend is packed with fresh herbs for a classic flavor that’s way better than any pre-made version you’ll find at the store.

Ingredients

1/4
cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1
tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
1
tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage
1
tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
2
tablespoons olive oil
2
tablespoons butter, melted
1/2
teaspoon kosher salt
1/2
teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • 1 In a small bowl, stir together chopped fresh herbs and all other ingredients. Rub mixture liberally on outside of turkey.
  • 2 Place any remaining seasonings inside turkey cavity.
Tips

Makes about 1/2 cup of rub (enough for 1 medium turkey).
