You get to eat this warm chewy cookie with ice cream and a drizzle of honey. Seriously, nothing could be better on a cold winter day than a warm and GIANT cookie hot out of the oven. It’s filled with caramel, butterscotch and three kinds of chocolate.
Oh, and marshmallow fluff. It’s a little bit of everything! Here's how you make it.
Gather your ingredients.
Beat together the butter, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Beat in the egg until combined. Add in the flour baking soda and salt until no more white streaks appear.
Stir in the caramels, butterscotch, white chocolate, dark chocolate and semi sweet chocolate chips. Fold in the marshmallow fluff.
Spread the batter out into a 10-inch, greased cast iron skillet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden.
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of honey.
