You like variety! You like spice and cheese and all things delicious, right? Well then, there are so many great recipes for you to try. I worked really hard to limit myself to less than a million suggestions – and it was so, so hard. Check out some of these amazeballs Mexican-inspired foods that you can make easily in the comfort of your own casa!


1. Mini Tostadas

Just look at these cute little cheesy beany circlets of goodness and be amazed at their disproportionately grande flavor.


2. Black Bean-Chorizo Dip

You just need some tasty chorizo sausage, Progresso Vegetable Classics hearty black bean soup, Old El Paso chopped green chiles and cheesy cheese to make this delicioso dip.


3. Slow-Cooked White Chili with Chicken
