If there is one certain truth, it’s that I am not a gluten-free baking maven.
Years ago, when my son was very young and had a laundry list of things he couldn’t eat, I attempted to make gluten free teething biscuits…and ended up with some incredibly time-consuming dog treats! At least my pups got to enjoy them.
Fortunately, there are many bakers out there who are accomplished gluten-free experts. If you are one of them, then you’ll want to enter the Betty Crocker Baker’s Challenge Gluten Free Recipe Contest!
To enter, you have to develop a creative, out-of-this-world gluten-free holiday recipe using either a Betty Crocker Gluten Free dessert mix or Bisquick Gluten Free baking mix and submit it by June 30, 2011.
And did I mention the absolutely fabulous grand prize? Brace yourself. It’s $5,000 and a gluten-free baking gift basket. Swoon!
