Resolutions. It's a New Year's right of passage. A kind of traditional tradition. One of those things we always do but mostly with half-hearted soft force.

How about this year? Do you want to eat better? Drink more water? Maybe even hit the gym more?

Sure you do. So do I. (Like that's me pictured...not...but let's pretend.)

So here are a few of our favorite Tablespoon recipe ideas for eating good stuff -- and tips for getting the new year off to a good start by drinking more water and less soda pop. You can do it!

3. Give Yourself a Break

Resolutions are great, but how often do we stick with 'em? To make sure you're not writing your resolutions in the sand -- soon to disappear -- be firm with yourself but not inflexible.

Like the old saying goes, "Everything in moderation." Keep portion sizes small so you can enjoy the foods you like. Remember to give yourself a break now and then to indulge within reason in your favorite foods, and maybe those promises to Me, Myself and I will be easier to keep!
