This French Toast Brunch Ring is pretty, but it’s also simple, easy AND you can prep it the night before. Then you’re all ready to go the next morning. YES! Now that is what I call a perfect brunch recipe.
Oh, and did I mention that this is made with crescent dough and stuffed with a delicious whipped cream cheese filling? I know, I know. Too good!
If a ring-shape isn't your style, alternatively, you can arrange the slices of dough in a greased 9x13-inch glass baking pan. Pour the egg batter over the dough, cover and refrigerate until ready to bake (30 minutes to overnight). Bake and serve as directed.
Serve the French toast ring warm with a dusting of powdered sugar, fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
