cup Nature Valley™ toasted oats muesli blueberry
1/2
cup vanilla kefir
1/2
fresh peach or nectarine, sliced

teaspoon honey

    In small bowl, mix muesli and kefir. Cover and refrigerate at least 5 hours but no longer than 10 hours.

    Top with peaches and a drizzle of honey just before serving.

Expert Tips

  • Any flavor of yogurt can be substituted for kefir in this recipe. Mix 1/4 cup regular yogurt with 1/4 cup low-fat milk, and add to muesli. If using Greek yogurt, soak muesli in kefir or milk first, and top with Greek yogurt.
  • Plum, pluot or mango can be substituted for the peach.
