Champagne gets a delicious upgrade with the additions of pomegranate liqueur and ginger syrup. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

cup pomegranate liqueur
1/3
cup ginger syrup
1
bottle (750 ml) champagne, chilled
8
orange peel twists, if desired

    In 2-cup measuring cup, stir together liqueur and syrup. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled.
  • 2
    To serve, pour syrup mixture evenly into 8 champagne flutes. Fill rest of each glass with chilled champagne. Garnish with orange peel twists.

Expert Tips

  • For a nonalcoholic beverage, substitute pomegranate juice for the liqueur and ginger ale for the champagne. (If you can’t find a 25.4-oz bottle of ginger ale, you’ll need two to three 12-oz cans.)
