Expert Tips

Make this meal into a bratwurst bar, by offering many different toppers. We love sauerkraut, mustard, bacon, jalapeño chiles, relish and coleslaw!

Need an nonalcoholic version? Use nonalcoholic beer or beef broth instead of the beer.
