Tangy Cabbage Cous Cous Salad

A quick cous cous side dish for your next summer meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 cup diced purple cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups raw couscous
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers (diced, with juices)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Steps

  • 1
    Boil the cous cous until tender and strain.
  • 2
    Immedietly mix the cous cous with the diced cabbage.
  • 3
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • 4
    Allow to cool before serving.
