“Mmm…tastes like pizza,” my husband mumbled.
“What?” I said.
“This chicken…it tastes like pizza.”
Sweet. That says a lot coming from a man of few words. Can you believe that chicken that’s been bathing in a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette and sprinkled with bacon, tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese is actually good for you?
We’ve been eating healthy around my house, so to find an easy and tasty chicken dinner that fits into our regimen is an accomplishment -- and, according to my husband, this Sun-dried Tomato and Bacon Chicken
tastes like pizza. Who doesn’t like pizza?
I’m a true foodie at heart so when I have to buckle down and eat healthy I try long and hard to find recipes that satisfy not only my physical hunger for food but my emotional craving for all of those naughty foods. They say it takes three weeks to start a new habit, which in this case is eating healthy, and one day to break one.

I’m about ready to scarf down a couple of pizzas, a dozen cookies, and a pan of cinnamon rolls. But I do have to say that this chicken dinner satisfied me for the moment. Healthy, easy, and around 200 calories!
