Alfredo sauce in an instant—no boiling or pot-watching required! The ingredient combination here is fairly versatile. Feel free to add more garlic or Parmesan, if desired. Or make enough to feed a crowd by doubling or tripling the ingredient quantities in your blender. A high-speed blender is recommended for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cloves fresh garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

    Place all ingredients together in a blender. Puree just until mixture thickens. Serve on top of hot pasta or heat just until warm in microwave or on stove top and enjoy!
