    Ingredients

    • 3  apples
    • 1 cup apple cider
    • 2 teaspooon unflavored gelatin
    • 2  lemons
    • 2 ounces Stoli Gala Apple vodka

    Directions

    1. 1In a small sauce pot, pour in apple cider and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin on top. Do not stir, let sit for 5 minutes to stabilize.
    2. 2In the meantime, juice your two lemons in a small bowl and set aside.
    3. 3Cut your apples in half and with a spoon core out the flesh to create little apple cups.
    4. 4Brush the lemon juice all over the insides of the apple. (You can also turn the apple over and submerge it in the lemon juice.)
    5. 5Place apple cups on a rimmed baking sheet.
    6. 6Now whisk the gelatin and apple cider. Gently heat over low heat, constantly stirring to make sure the gelatin dissolves. If making these adult apple slices, add vodka.
    7. 7Once gelatin mixture is ready, gently ladle into the prepared apple cups.
    8. 8Place in fridge overnight, then cut into slices and serve cold.
